Blower Door Testing
It is a requirement of the 2021 Minnesota Building Code to successfully pass a Blower Door Test before obtaining a Certificate Of Occupancy. We have many years of experience performing this test.
Duct Leakage Testing
The 2021 Minnesota Building Code requires a Duct Leakage Test whenever ductwork is run outside the conditioned airspace. This is typically in attics and crawl spaces. We are experinced at performing this Code required test.
