If your home does not pass the first time we use our thermal imaging equipment to find the leaks.
If possible, we'll repair the leaks and re-test.
If not, we'll tell you where the leaks are for you to correct.
We'll return to re-test at no charge to you.
There is no charge for us to find and seal leaks.
There is no charge for us to return to re-test.

Blower Door Testing

It is a requirement of the 2021 Minnesota Building Code to successfully pass a Blower Door Test before obtaining a Certificate Of Occupancy. We have many years of experience performing this test.

Duct Leakage Testing

The 2021 Minnesota Building Code requires a Duct Leakage Test whenever ductwork is run outside the conditioned airspace. This is typically in attics and crawl spaces. We are experienced at performing this Code required test.
